(They even saved us a little bit extra by giving me the recent Graduate discount that I had no idea existed- bonus!). I did have a little issue with my vanity light not working, but the guys were quick to get us in and address the problem. Overall we had a good experience, and I really enjoyed that the guys were still happy to answer questions and help us out even after we signed on the dotted line. There was definitely an effort made to make sure we were happy with our new car, and the great service didn't go unnoticed. I would definitely recommend VW Waterloo More

$300 Oil change on a brand new jetta I waited 3 hours for an oil change for a brand new jetta and they charged me $300. They only worked on it for 30 minutes. He told me it was standard f I waited 3 hours for an oil change for a brand new jetta and they charged me $300. They only worked on it for 30 minutes. He told me it was standard fee and gave me the service manager business card. When I asked about the tire rotation service in the receipt, he pointed that it was standard for summer tires but I had winter tires. He took off $20 from the bill for the mistake and told me he could not see the tires in the car from "the wall". The services was so unprofessional and rude. No smile, limited eye contact and cold response. We will not come back or recommend the service department. It was an ashamed for the dealership because we had a positive experience with the sales department. More

Vehicle was warm and ready for test drive (it took us over 2 hours to drive here). Kids received their drinks and playtime on iPads, which gave us an hour to make our decision. Our sales representative Robert is knowledgeable, honest, explaining all "extras" on the bill. There were no rush (by the way, we came just before closing). All questions were answered without jumping to "it's a deal!" One of the major point - it is a respect to our old VW Jetta. (One sales person from Yorkdale VW was trying to sell pre-owned vehicle to us, told us that we have a "HORRIBLE" vehicle, "Garbage"). Financial application did not take long, which was nice.
