Best service I've received I dealt with Allan and Brad, who were both friendly, professional, and easy going. Allan took the time to show me around the e-golf from top to bottom and let me know about the additional services that VW Victoria offers - car cleaning on Saturdays, complete with coffee. To test this out - I went down last Saturday, brought the car in (no hassle) and had a cup of coffee. Allan and Brad both swung by to say hi and ask how it was going. The big thing was - they did this with everyone. Great atmosphere and a lock on getting me back in the next time I need a car. Thank you! More

Volkswagen Victoria presented us with a sweet deal ... lightly used, at a great price, and with excellent warranty coverage. In addition, we were treated to a level of customer service that felt almost luxurious. We still have trouble believing we got what we wished for. Door striker realignment My door didn't shut fully so they realigned the striker bolt. Shuts perfectly now. Job was done by lunchtime on the day of the appointment.
