Bailey set up me easily with the free EV charger at home, and other things I needed (app, etc). Brent took over and did a great job. Terrilynn (sp) who did our paperwork was very easy to deal with, and didn't pressure us to upgrade to anything, but did a great job of explaining options. Young Ben taught us how the EV Gold worked, he did a great job. More

Sandy was still there and as good as before working with us. We are not the easiest of customers but Sandy handled us with competence, patience, and understanding.. We appreciate that. We went through the options of a second hand vehicle but wound up with a new 2019 Jetta. A young assistant (Ben) went through all the bells and whistles and was super with his explaining of all the new parts. I still have to work it all out!! Terrilyn explained the extended warranty and gave us time to discuss it. Matt helped with showing how to put music from a cd on a usb...I still am working on figuring all that out.
