She made a very clear and precise video of the unit and sent it to me. I was an out of province customer and she answered all of my questions on the unit and had Ashley call me in regards to the questions in regards to registration and financial details. I ended up purchasing the unit site unseen, and picked it up a month later, all transactions were done over the phone and via email. All went very smoothly and picking up the unit was as pleasing. Vision and the crew worked with my travel schedule to be ready when I arrived. The unit was ready for pick up and ready to travel, all points of the unit were explained by Jennifer and the service team and Ashley had all of the paper ready as well as the temporary travel permits. Great dealership and folks to purchase from. All employees I dealt with where very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to Jennifer and Ashley and all at Vision for a great RV and purchase experience.
