Poorly ran business Bought our trailer there August 2015. The trailer was delivered with missing piece and not clean. They came and picked it back up, I wish I would have Bought our trailer there August 2015. The trailer was delivered with missing piece and not clean. They came and picked it back up, I wish I would have told them to keep it. I had back ordered parts for over a year. Service is a joke went through three service manger in a couple months. They put the front stabilizer jack on by bolting to 1/8 tin, it's bent the bottom of the trailer and they say that's good. I would not recommend buying a trailer the for the service side is a joke with empty promises. Service is the biggest reason why this company will fail. More

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER FOCUS IN SERVICE DEPT. I went in to service dept to get help with a slide out problem I was having on a fifth wheel that was bought there. The receptionist went around the c I went in to service dept to get help with a slide out problem I was having on a fifth wheel that was bought there. The receptionist went around the corner to talk to the customer service manager about my request. I overheard the manager say to her, "We can't waste our time helping someone that isn't going to be spending money here. Tell him we're too busy". When she told me that they were too busy, I simply responded by saying, "Yeah, I overheard what the manager said. I guess the rumors on service for this place are accurate". I walked out shaking my head in disbelief. More

When I went to pick it up and do the walk through we found a few issues and was told by VJ that they would be ordered. After 1 month I stopped in to see if the parts were in and VJ said they weren't in yet. I stopped today and 1 more month gone by and talked to Nicole who informed me that VJ was no longer their (thank goodness), she then looked up my work order and informed me that VJ had never ordered anything. Nicole then dug a little deeper found out that everything was covered by warranty and she would order them first thing in the morning. We'll see what happens but I have all the confidence that Nicole will get things done More

Garbage Evergreen is now out of business and the brand new trailer I purchased in May no longer has warranty. Then their general manger Jim Smith is the rudest person we have come across in all our years of our purchasing deals , I have made many deals in my life, Jim is the most arrogant & rudest guy I ever had to deal with , not suitable for his position at this dealership , my recommendation is he be replaced . Never see us darken their doors again !!!!!! More
