When I picked the trailer up at the service department it was dirty (supposedly clean), I went over it it one of the technicians and we wrote down all the deficiency's, which he signed and so did I, parts where supposed to ordered. When I returned to the service department about a month later to check on the ordered parts, nothing had been ordered by VJ, but he was no longer their so I felt with Nicole who looked everything up and ordered it. 3 months later I get a call that all the parts are in, so we made an appointment for May 15. When I arrived on May 15th Nicole was no longer their and there was no appointment, but they got me in. Both left and right wheel opening mouldings (fenders, Plastic) had to be replaced (cracked, noted on delivery) and the front door step moulding was also cracked (noted on delivery) theses where all beige in colour. Ken the service manager calls me that the new fenders are the wrong colour and if he orders again they will be 4 months and probably the wrong colour so white ones where installed and look awful. The step moulding was never ordered and when they phoned Forest River they will only warranty the part not the labour and if I install it they won't cover the moulding, that's bull poop. I went to the owner of Vision R.V. Inc Larry (who also own's Sherwood Park Kia) he said it wasn't his problem and I should phone the manufacturer (you can tell he really only cares about the money not the people). Tried to phone the manufacture but the phone numbers and email addresses are wrong. Phoned my salesman to get the correct phone number and email address and its been over a week and he hasn't got back to me either. Buyers beware this company is all about them and screw the customer. I hope they read this review. More

Do not deal with these people I bought a travel trailer from them in may 2016 while evacuated from Ft Mac. There were 10 serious defects (I call faulty brakes and wires hanging out the bottom serious), which made it clear that the PD service was not done. The entertainment center still does not work and I fixed the rest myself. Now the fridge has stopped working and they tell me they can only fix it in september. Waiting 5 months (my first summer with my new rv) is unacceptable to me. If you want to buy cash and service somewhere else go for it...otherwise go to a reputable outfit. Jaap Kruger. Ft Mac. ps. We aren't from the area, were only able to make it to the dealership on a Sunday to pick up our new fifth wheel, and they're not normally open on Sundays in the off season, but they made arrangements to have someone there so that we could bring our fifth wheel home. Our salesman spent a lot of time going through everything with us and making sure that we knew how to properly pin to the fifth wheel. More

We have come back to the RV market after a 20 year absence and Bruce was excellent at helping us understand all the different aspects of fifth wheels, trailers, etc. Bruce spent time with us to gain an understanding of what our wishes and wants were for an RV. He then used this to help us choose the exact RV to meet all our needs. He was very well prepared and had a good knowledge of all the product and options. We felt no pressure and very comfortable with his manner and it seemed like he had our best interests at the forefront at all times! Thanks also to Ashley for her help sorting out all the final purchases. Again we felt no pressure and she was very good and explaining all our warranty options, etc. We are really excited about our purchase and starting out on the road! Doug and Andrea Roche More

My only complaint is their service yard is too small and crowded to make maneuvering a trailer the size of ours an unwanted challenge. Even with guidance from staff member our trailer received slight damage turning around in the yard. More

Poorly ran business Bought our trailer there August 2015. The trailer was delivered with missing piece and not clean. They came and picked it back up, I wish I would have told them to keep it. I had back ordered parts for over a year. Service is a joke went through three service manger in a couple months. They put the front stabilizer jack on by bolting to 1/8 tin, it's bent the bottom of the trailer and they say that's good. I would not recommend buying a trailer the for the service side is a joke with empty promises. Service is the biggest reason why this company will fail. More
