We bought a trailer from Brad Bychyk. Thanks Brad for your great customer service. He worked really hard at finding me a 5wheel. This is the second trailer that Brad was our sales guy. There are not enough negative words to describe the atrocious service or rather NON service by this dealership. Do not buy from here solely for IF you need any warranty work done, which you will, good luck, it won't happen. And if you bring in your unit, watch for more damage being done while it's there. Take pictures, but it won't help because they will just deny and deflect. Also if you're lucky enough to talk to a "service manager" consistently maybe 3x in a row. I went through at least 4 different guys that called themselves service managers...the GM refuses to even talk with us the customer to resolve issues . We are being denied service now to completion. The brand new trailer has been in repair there since October 22...no end in sight. Small issues made big by more damage being done to the trailer while in their care then denied it was done there. Although they have no proof it WASNT done there because they don't do damage pictures before and after service. Just horrible horrible to TRY to deal with. Do not buy from here if you want to preserve your sanity. To put in perspective, we bought an over 100,000$ unit...not a small rv. More

My husband and I bought a new 2020 Sabre in 2021 from Vision RV. We were more than impressed with our service, however this changed quickly. We had several trips back to the dealership for different wara Vision RV. We were more than impressed with our service, however this changed quickly. We had several trips back to the dealership for different waranty issues. The decal was pealing, and replaced with the wrong year color. The floor had a drill hole from a tech when he repaired a door. The sky light was cracked and replaced and screw holes were visable. Fridge came lose 2x and the second time their tech scratched and dented the door and bent our door frame removing it. .........as well as other issues to many to mention. We were dismissed. Our trailer has spent most of the summer seasons on their lot waiting for repairs. At the beginning of this season, our 1st trip out the slide cable broke. My husband did the best he could setting up. He stopped by the dealership on the way home and was told push the slides in and drop it off and we will look at it when we can. We managed to make the best of our trip with our 3 year old grandson. After the weekend my husband dropped it off, where it sat for 3 weeks. We were told they didn't have time to look at it, they were busy. We tried to be understanding. Finally after another call my husband was quoted $1300 for the repair to the slide, after all cables just snap! My husband made a trip out to see what was going on only to learn they had not taken the unit in but had only assumed what had happened. We were then told without knowing the total cost of the repair that they would pay 50/50 take it or leave it. My husband was then hung up on. We both went to the dealership to see if we would get anywhere talking to Don or Melanie. The end result was us pulling our unit out and taking it to another forest river dealer. The issue was more than the assumed cable and in fact is covered by warranty. After having the slides inspected and worked on, on 3 different occasions at Vision RV this issue should have been discovered and resolved. Beware of Vision the after sale service was a terrible experience. More

Nonetheless, we tried to buy the trailer we wanted but the mana No one even said "hi" when we walked in and we had to approach sales staff ourselves. Nonetheless, we tried to buy the trailer we wanted but the manager Melanie was difficult to deal with and came across very rude so we didn't make a deal. This place has some serious work to do on friendliness and their service. This place gives off seriously unhappy vibes. But we were happy to buy our trailer elsewhere! More

Clearly there's a lot of issues going on with this place when every time you go in there's all new staff. Bought 1 trailer here & nothing but issues & no one will help or is around long enough to help. Not when every time you go in there's all new staff. Continuing on so she is in bc and I am in Edmonton and this trailer arrives. Immediately I notice it in fact isn't brand new, I ask Dean about it and he says nope it's new don't worry. This is where it g this trailer arrives. Immediately I notice it in fact isn't brand new, I ask Dean about it and he says nope it's new don't worry. This is where it gets so very bad. They leave it without my grandma present, it's got tape holding the crown molding on its got scratches everywhere, the backslash is help on by push pins to name a few. . We are then told they sold us the demo from the showroom yet pur new not demo on sales slip. It needed skirting and we added it to financing only to find They chose a local person to do it, charged us 6200$ took her 1 month to come and it is absolute garbage. Okay so now I see the sales slip and see they charged her 99,000$ for what we were told was a 4 season brand new trailer that was the same monthly payments as the other one. Nope!!!! They placed her into a payment of 900$ per month on a 20 yr loan term!!! She's 85!!! She'll never fulfill this loan. So Immediately I call and tell them to cancel this all now we're done ! Melanie the absolute apitomy of slug along with her little so called finance manager began ghosting my grandma knowing she was in bc, they didn't so much as have the decency to tell her what she needed to know about the financial ruin they had just placed her in. All the bulk crap lies from telling her to lie to insurance, to her payments were the same to they would be coming by weekly to assist if need be. All lies!!!! Remember shes 85 deaf and trusted them to help her. The trailer is fine for someone looking to camp once in a while in the summer in warm climate. Not alberta!! And it was used at an rv show and sold as new. The tanks had crap in them when they transported it. We began trying to end this sale the day it was delivered. We have rights and we weren't allowed to use then apparently ghosting us until the 30 days is up to return makes sense to them. They have backed an elderly woman into a corner that has now become detrimental to her health. On all correspondence it was made very clear that she is 85, cannot hear or understand well and needed extra care while looking at options..they assured me they were doing so. They scammed an elderly woman into something that she clearly wanted out of the min they sold her the lemon the first time. Luckily I have now been approved to take this full story to our MLA as I have friends that work in this area of expertise, also the ombudsman has our full disclosure and statements from others also on this matter, our local news team has agreed to hear our story, and I master in marketing and have begun the take down of these despicable humans. Shame on you all for this. Shame on you for thinking you will get off scott free by harming an elderly woman whom clearly told you she didn't want this. I plan to make this the story on the tips of all potential rv buyers to save someone else from there disgusting practice they call business. They left her rv also while she wasn't even on the province. We shall see how this transpires.. pls note all comments made her have documents to back all accounts of what occurred. More

He offered us a no pressure sales experience and truly listened to us about the type of Rv unit we were looking for. He was able to find us the unit that had everything we were looking for. The buying experience from purchase to finance to delivery was great! Every staff member we dealt with treated us like an old friend. They took their time with us and made sure we left completely satisfied and confident to head off and enjoy our camping experience with our new RV! We can’t say enough about the great experience we had! More
