Excellent Service Experience! I called the dealership and spoke to Murray in service regarding a washer fluid concern with my Civic. Due to the wet winter conditions, he recognized I called the dealership and spoke to Murray in service regarding a washer fluid concern with my Civic. Due to the wet winter conditions, he recognized the sense of urgency in getting my vehicle in and was knowledgeable in all aspects which I really appreciated. I was able to drop my vehicle off the very next day and within an hour, I received a call from Murray with a diagnosis and cost of repair. Not only was he able to fit me in without an appointment, he had my vehicle ready to go the same day. I am extremely grateful for the care and attention given by Murray and the parts department to get me back on the road as quick as possible. I would also like to thank the detail department for the surprise clean on my vehicle! That was very much appreciated as well. More

Amazing!!! Extremely impressed by the service I received today. Upon entering your service department, I was greeted by Gord Niwa. Your team was able to get the spare tire installed and look for a replacement tire in less than an hour. The team was friendly, courteous and efficient. On this visit I had my winter tires installed and the "B" service. I asked for my tires to be balanced and they could have easily done all 4 for the quoted price of $80 however when I went to pick up my vehicle, they said only needed 2 tires balancing which continues to gain my trust and keeps me coming back! More

For this simple reason even though I live in the south I'm willing to drive the distance to get perfect customer service!!! More
