Love my HRV I went in for an oil change on my 2008 Civic and the waiting room was ful so I grabbed a coffee and headed to the showroom to look at the cars. Omar greeted me right away and asked me what I was interested in and I explained I was interested in trading up to the HRV. He asked if I would like to go for a test drive and he explained all the features quite thoroughly. When I told him I would be back later that day he was available to set me up with Vince to discuss what I could afford and I was approved within the next day and was able to trade my Civic in which was hard to say goodbye to. However, I was quite impressed with how fast it all happened and that they put on complimentary snow tires and loaded my summer tires in my new HRV when I went to pick it up! Quite happy with Omar and Vince's professional and personable service. I highly recommend them. Thanks for everything!! More

Super relaxed and eady to deal with, I was very happy James was great, relaxed no pressure. Rude and unprofessional sales rep. and sales manager I was looking for 2016 Honda Oddesy EX-L Nav at this location. In general, the two sales people that I spoke with were rude and very unprofessional I was looking for 2016 Honda Oddesy EX-L Nav at this location. In general, the two sales people that I spoke with were rude and very unprofessional, at the end of the deal I was very much insulted !!! First of all , the sales person who I dealt with does not have any knowledge of the vehicle at all. He did keep making me sit down and wait for him to find answers for questions several times. Eventually, he got annoyed and started pointing his finger at me many times when he talked and told me that he doesn't have time to explain things because there is other customer waiting for him. when I told him, I will go talk to another person he literally hold me back again because he knew that I was ready and have cash to buy a vehicle. Pretending to be nice at the beginning but very rude and not knowledgeable car sales person I met. Initially, I was hoping to get EX-L Res instead of Nav, my second visit to this dealership, the new car sales manager offered me $1800 worth of entertainment system for free to compensate my ideal model and also offered me $2500 cash deal, free documentation fee and black Friday deal. He specifically told me to come back two days after because they will have a big sale for black Friday thing. however, when I was there two days after, what they were saying about the $1800 worth entertainment system turned into be $299.00 wroth you can buy from BestBuy. They eventually got hold of a mechanical person and try to explain that it was $700 worth equipment and $1100 worth labor. I am not going to let them put a hole on $48,000 (the book value) worth of a brand vehicle and install $299 wroth of rear entertainment system !!! Anyway, based on the initial offer I was given I did my own study and calculation and gave them reasonable cash offer. The new car sales manger ended up calling me with frustration on his face " what are you doing for work MANNNN~~~~ ?" the whole time calling me Sir ended up gangster version of MANNNN. I came back home and try to get hold of the general manger of this location and left a voice mail to give him my feedback about the low quality service that I received. I am still waiting to get a call back...... More
