I recently had my car repaired for an intermittent drivability issue, Mark and Glenn in the service department were excellent. There were some parts delays that were beyond the control of the dealership but they kept me informed of the repair status the whole time. They found a couple of unrelated problems too and corrected them at no cost - a very uncommon circumstance in my experience.
