Brought my truck in for a recall service (computer related). Program was updated, truck brought back to me with the engine light on (no one from service noticed) . Came back to tell them and one perso related). Program was updated, truck brought back to me with the engine light on (no one from service noticed) . Came back to tell them and one person had the gall to tell me that this is how it’s supposed to be and it’s fine to leave another saying no . Truck brought right back in and they ran more diagnostics and was told that the truck might have to stay while they took apart some of the transmission (was shocked by this) and send photos to Ford for approval of god knows what as it did not seem like anyone knew what they were doing. Another hour went by ( there for 3 hours in total ) when they came out and said it seems like everything was okay. My question is why did they not get there act together and do a road test on the truck ( I was not the only person there that this happened to ) . It was very disorganized. Also the dealership has seen better days since we bought our truck there in 2015. It looked tired, rundown . Nothing about this place showed confidence. Very disappointing. More
