Untrustworthy, Ripp customer off Delivery Time: 1) Tyres were worn out by 15% ; looks like vehicle was driven before delivery 2) Multiple scratches on body 3) Promised fre Delivery Time: 1) Tyres were worn out by 15% ; looks like vehicle was driven before delivery 2) Multiple scratches on body 3) Promised free oil change , but refused as the time of servicing until escalated Service Experience: Used basic oil instead of requested fully synthetic oil how ever bill was charged for fully synthetic oil , clearly cheating with customer Issue with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay; I am using in vehicle for more then 1 year , is stopped suddenly , Technician told me I have to pay if I wana enable this feature; I showed then owner manual ; but they refused, I have took this issue to ford; waiting on there reply More
