My car was at your shop from 9:30am to 2pm for a diagnostic test only, I was told that it would only take 30mins, after 4.5 hours of waiting, somebody called me that I need to wait for another two h diagnostic test only, I was told that it would only take 30mins, after 4.5 hours of waiting, somebody called me that I need to wait for another two hours for the parts because something has to be replaced. It means that diagnostic test takes 4.5 hours???? What happened to your service. I’ve been calling and left messages 5 times, they called me back after 4 hours. I even called the Manager and left a message but did get a reply. So frustrating and disappointing More
