Lack of Service progress The service department did not provide me with the service progress. My appointment was for 8:30 am, however, the issue wasn’t looked at until 1:30. T The service department did not provide me with the service progress. My appointment was for 8:30 am, however, the issue wasn’t looked at until 1:30. The salesman, who sold me the vehicle, saw me waiting for my vehicle and took it upon himself to check on the progress and told me that there was only one serviceman to fix my vehicle and that it was going to be another 2 hours before it was looked at. He arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle A’s I’d already been waiting for 3 hours. Had I been told that the vehicle wouldn’t be looked at until the afternoon, I would have made other arrangements. Kudos to the salesman for doing more than just sales...he looked after the customer. I will be returning as something needs to be re-set, according to the person who did a telephone survey earlier this afternoon. More
