Overall unenjoyable experience Purchased a pre owned vehicle from Vickar Chevrolet, and was just not overly happy with the experience. I was sold a vehicle without a key fob, and ha Purchased a pre owned vehicle from Vickar Chevrolet, and was just not overly happy with the experience. I was sold a vehicle without a key fob, and had to argue to get one after I purchased the vehicle they tried to charge me for the fob. And after I had to argue to get one with the truck. They proceeded to give me one that was aftermarket, and wasn’t even a OEM quality Chevrolet product. I also noticed after the sale of the vehicle that there was a major defect on the tailgate that they failed to tell me or at least bring to my attention. After I was sold the truck. It was like I was being treated like just another number. After this being my first purchase from a dealership. I probably wouldn’t go that way again. More
