semi annual check up tried calling for the service number and got put through to service where the phone rang about 30 times before general manager recording said that vic tried calling for the service number and got put through to service where the phone rang about 30 times before general manager recording said that vickers was closed. this was about 7:30 to 8:00 am called back again after 8am and was put through to service again and it rang for another 30 times with no one answering again. finally on line I got to book appt. next day brad helped me with my appointment. everything went well. inspection found leak in rear axle which was fixed on warranty. brad was great and helped me a lot. cashier was a little abrupt and told me my car could be found in row 3 when actually it was in row one. good thing that could press the horn on the key fob and found the car that way. Figuring it was a wheel bearing, I didn't want to drive it outside of the city, so I dropped it off on Saturday afternoon, expecting them to look it on Tuesday. Instead, I received a call early Monday morning that they had my vehicle in the shop and it was indeed the wheel bearing. They took care of that and the scheduled service items a day early.
