Good Service When I think of a quick lube service, there is a certain expectation to receive a service that compares to Mr. Lube. I am not saying that their servi When I think of a quick lube service, there is a certain expectation to receive a service that compares to Mr. Lube. I am not saying that their service is better. But efficiency and turn over is how they make money. I come to the dealership for my free oil change, and the quality of the service is excellent. My only concern is the amount of time it takes and when it is all done, having to go find my car in the parking lot. (compared to just driving away) When I saw my car drive by, I asked, "where is he going?" and he claimed he was test driving it, when in fact he was parking it at the other end of the lot..... I liked the fact they cleaned the car, and did a full inspection, but I had only went in for an oil change. Maybe if I was told what was expected and a timeframe, I might have been more prepared to wait longer. More
