very relaxing experience From the time we walked in and were greeted by Karlee and then introduced to Malik we felt comfortable and not pressured. In the end My wife didn't really like the color of the car "I" picked out. Malik listened to what she wanted and found us the car. It had more options than what we were originally looking for but he gave us a price that we feel was more than fair. We made the deal and was introduced to Sherri (financial). Again, no pressure in upselling. She let us know what was available and respected our decision We did purchase the undercoating and rustproofing. The whole experience was very enjoyable. More

Quick and transparent responses I am an informed customer with little time and desire to go back and forth when negotiating. From the initial inquiry, the sales team gave me fast and I am an informed customer with little time and desire to go back and forth when negotiating. From the initial inquiry, the sales team gave me fast and honest replies to my questions. They easily beat out the offers and experiences from two of their biggest competitors during my research phase and it wasn't even close. I never appreciate the attempts by the finance staff to sell you as much additional product as they can, but that occurs at any dealership. I will no doubt recommend the sales team of Karlee and Malik to other prospective buyers. More
