very relaxing experience From the time we walked in and were greeted by Karlee and then introduced to Malik we felt comfortable and not pressured. They listened to what we were looking for and let us know what they had in stock, (exactly what we were looking for and not trying to upsell us to a more fancier car). In the end My wife didn't really like the color of the car "I" picked out. Malik listened to what she wanted and found us the car. It had more options than what we were originally looking for but he gave us a price that we feel was more than fair. We made the deal and was introduced to Sherri (financial). Again, no pressure in upselling. She let us know what was available and respected our decision We did purchase the undercoating and rustproofing. The whole experience was very enjoyable. More
