I don't really complain but this deal has to be my worst experience ever. It felt rushed and deceitful. It was a mistake to openly admit my inadequate knowledge about vehicles because i believe that was use experience ever. It felt rushed and deceitful. As a nurse, we provide more easy-to-understand education to patient whom we felt requires it. I was so naive to expect the same in purchasing a vehicle. Nothing was explained to me at all . Im part to be blamed for not being assertive enough. I just thought sincerity begets sincerity. I feel bad having to write this but i have to let it out to let them them know and hopefully there would be no another me in the future. More

Never deal with Vickar. They will sell you a great truck made by Chevrolet and then disappoint you endlessly in the service department for maintenance or warranty work. Been nothing but difficult to deal with. When I bought my brand new truck the guy didnt install my truck bed lining it then got warped. It was making a funny noise so I took my truck in and they said it was brand new truck the guy didnt install my truck bed lining it then got warped. It was making a funny noise so I took my truck in and they said it was probably the oil filter being installed wrong. I then proceeded to take it to another Chevrolet dealership and they said it was a messed up bearing and it could have EXPLODED if I didnt fix it immediately. Now I'm trying to change my account information to get payments out of my new account, I have called them multiple times and left multiple messages and no one has gotten back to me resulting in delinquent transactions in my account effecting my credit. I would NEVER go back to them. More
