I brought my vehicle in for maintenance and noticed I was explicitly charged $19.99 for a wash and tire shine. However, my car was returned to me completely dirty on both the inside and the outside. When I tried to get this resolved, I waited five days for someone to address the issue, and absolutely nothing was done. The dealership routinely sends out messages asking customers to reach out to their Customer Service Manager, H. Ross, if they cannot leave a "100% satisfied" review. Unfortunately, taking them up on that offer was a massive mistake. When I expressed my frustration over the unresolved issue and the wait, H. Ross entirely dismissed my concerns, actually calling my complaint "tail chasing" simply because I was an understandably upset customer. Honestly, I am not sure what is worse: being blatantly charged for a cleaning service that was never performed, or contacting the exact manager designated to help, only to have them be condescending and actively add to my frustration. Save your money and take your vehicle to a dealership that actually respects its customers, takes accountability, and follows through on the services they charge for. More

Ryan Horvath in finance on the other hand completely ruined the experience. On our second call, I asked about undercoating and he pitched a $1,100 package. I said one time that I would speak to my husband before deciding. Instead of respecting that, Ryan became pushy and condescending, asking repeatedly if my husband could join the call, suggesting a three-way call, and insisting on explaining it to him like I wasn’t capable of making that decision. The financing is solely in my name, so the decision was ultimately mine. Then he crossed another line entirely by asking me multiple times if I was Indigenous and telling me my last name was “native” when it’s not. Completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and honestly ignorant. I never agreed to the undercoating. I never signed anything. I clearly said I would think about it. Two days later, I texted him declining both the rust coat and the extended warranty. He immediately called me angry, insisting I had agreed and telling me the undercoating had already been done that morning. That is completely unacceptable. You do not perform $1,100 worth of work without clear authorization—period. At that point, I was only 3 days away from driving from Ontario to Winnipeg to pick up the vehicle, with a deposit already down. I was put in a position where I felt completely backed into a corner. In person, Ryan was no better. When I questioned the paperwork, he shut me down with “I don’t want to talk about this, just sign it,” while confirming the undercoating had already been done. That level of attitude and pressure says everything about how he handles customers. And honestly, I now question whether it was even done at all. When we eventually put this Traverse up on our hoist, I guess we’ll find out if that $1,100 undercoating actually exists or if this was just a setup from the beginning. When my insurance needed the lender address, he couldn’t even do the bare minimum, telling me to “just Google any Scotiabank,” and giving my insurance agent the same attitude. This is someone handling a $70,000 purchase acting like basic customer service is beneath him. As for the dealership itself, the showroom is overcrowded and poorly laid out. Vehicles are packed so tightly you can barely move or properly look at anything. It feels chaotic, disorganized, and honestly a fire hazard. Karlee, if you see this, you’re great at what you do, but you need to start sending your customers to a different finance manager. I wouldn’t be surprised if you’ve lost deals because of this guy. Ryan needs to spend less time styling his hair like he’s getting ready for a nightclub and more time learning basic professionalism. I could have walked out of there and gone to any other dealership in Winnipeg and bought the exact same white Chevy Traverse RS, there are at least three other identical ones in the surrounding area but rather than restarting the whole process someplace else I put up with the disrespect. Overall, extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly caution anyone dealing with finance at this dealership: get EVERYTHING in writing and do not assume anything is optional because based on my experience, it might get done whether you agreed to it or not.
