Lack of Integrity Nissan is one of the best cars available on market, Vernon dealership is one of the worst you can ever deal with. My experience with Nissan Vernon sta Nissan is one of the best cars available on market, Vernon dealership is one of the worst you can ever deal with. My experience with Nissan Vernon started 4 years ago due to respect i hold for this brand, service is poor, triple price and employees have no respect to what so called "client". Tried giving some feedback to service department, instead of acknowledging their weakness they asked me to give them a five star rating review for omitting an unfair bill. Of course i paid the bill and here is my review. However, it doesn't end here! More

I am told they are busy with customers but am assured they will call me back. Both times they have not bothered to get back to me! So once again i am going to take my Nissan Titan to Kal Tire for servicing! More

Thank you Kevan for stepping in and realizing that a faithful 8 years customer was worth more than the cost of that repair. Job well done ! I will continue to have my Murano serviced at your dealership. More

A small truck was required, however most vehicle manufacturers no longer produce a small truck that will fit in a newer garage. The Nissan Frontier K/Cab fit the bill. After a test drive and confirming it would fit the garage we got down to business with Megan and Jerrit. We were very happy with the deal, the way we were treated and also with the new truck. We also delt with Dan in parts on many accessories to personalize the vehicle. Dan provided exceptional service and I would recommend him for all Nissan parts & accessories. Overall, we had a very positive experience. Now we will see how their service department rates over the next few months. More

I have been completely thrilled with my Rogue since the day I drove it off the lot! Follow up service has been exceptional because if I had any questions he was just phone call away with all the answers. I highly recommend Jerrit and the team at Vernon Nissan! More

Lack of integrity at this dealership We experienced very poor treatment by both the sales and service managers. We found them to be very disrespectful and condescending. Issue 1) The Sa We experienced very poor treatment by both the sales and service managers. We found them to be very disrespectful and condescending. Issue 1) The Sales Manager commented "Was the deal not good enough" as we walked out the door. Issue 2) We had been servicing our vehicle since new at the dealership. We complained numerous times that the it was not running properly. Several attempts were made to fix the issue over the past couple of years at a cost to us. Eventually, we were told that at 160K km, the engine needed to be replaced. We were told "these things happen" without anything resembling a conciliatory gesture. When we asked, given the circumstances, what incentive was there to service our newer vehicle at this dealership, the response was "That is your prerogative.". If this dealership does not appreciate return customers, how do they treat new ones? If you are interested in a Nissan product (I will never buy another one), I would consider finding a different dealer. More
