His line of questioning showed me he wasn't just interested in selling me a car, but finding me one that fits my personality and driving preferences. I ended up going with my dream car, a 2015 GTI and Sunil helped me customize and order the exact one I wanted. There were a number of number of incidents where Sunil showed me and my experience were his priority, not the sale; this was refreshing! Moving on to pricing and negotiating, I met Cyndy upstairs. She had an action packed schedule, but managed to accommodate me and really went above and beyond in terms of finding me the best financing terms possible. Despite the car being somewhat outside of my budget, Cyndy listened to my concerns and did everything I could have asked for to provide me with solutions that put my concerns to bed. Moreover she thoroughly explained the plethora of documents that needed signing, making me confident of my purchase. Naturally, delivery of the car was my favorite part, and this was primarily due to Carly. Carly has a great personality and is very knowledgeable (admittedly I underestimated the necessity of needing a delivery specialist). She was thorough in explaining different features and functions, and showed me things I didn't even known a were included in the vehicle. Most impressive she did this all without coming off as condescending, and we shared a good few laughs as well. Overall I would say my experience at Clarkdale was a 10/10, from start to finish. They truly understand that in today's time, the customer service experience is just as important, if not more, than the product itself. I would recommend them to anybody looking at a vehicle. More

Instead of being pushy salespeople, Adam and Rob greeted me and my wife, then let us take our time to freely roam the showroom checking out the cars we have in mind. They ended up had three test drives with us because we also brought a friend that knows cars very well with us. Rob was very polite and patient with us, answering nicely whatever questions we threw at him. We ended up buying a new 2014 Tiguan. Of course Rob would very much like to close the deal with us but the way he did it was more like a friend trying to get us what we wanted, standing on our side. Price negotiation went very smoothly. At upstairs Cyndy dealt with our financing paperwork in a concise but not overly simplified way that you did not know what you signed on. Last but not the least Carly showed us to our car that was prepped during the paperwork time and explained the features and functions of everything we could see from the driver's seat. She had a great personality and for sure she knew more than what she was talking about. In short we had an excellent buying experience with Clarkdale and we certainly will recommend this dealership to whoever wants to drive home a Volkswagen. More

Nor did he overplay the attributes of the model we were looking at. Instead he respected our wishes and let us choose the car of our choice without overt salesmanship but with an attentive professional to what we really wanted. He didn't overreach with promises, instead he gave us the straight goods on the likely previous ownership and undertook to make the trade-in and all its assorted baggage a clean, quick transaction. He was aware of what we wanted and rather than sell us what he thought would best meet our requirements, he carefully listened to us and let us decide-a skill we respected. The after purchase quality was equally professional from the finance types that took our money and set up the required warranties (Christine Duncan), to the gentleman that handled the license plate and insurance details. All-in-all a most pleasant of times, in what might normally be a real tedious boring process. More
