The reason I only gave four stars in some of the categories is because my car was far from detailed when I left the lot at 8:30 PM after arriving at 5:00. They picked me up as I was without a vehicle and told me to expect a wait as they were having computer problems…however…still no excuse for that long of a wait and a vehicle that still had protective plastic on it and was dirty. Having said that, one of their employees told me after the walk-through to bring it back anytime for a proper detail which I really appreciated and will take them up on. If not for the pick-up day experience I would have given these folks a 5 across the board. P.S. To save yourself the inconvenience that I went through avoid picking your vehicle up on the last day of the month…not a smart thing in the automobile industry. :-) More

We bought a new car with Adam, who handled a somewhat complicated transaction over the phone with us. We appreciated his flexibility on our situation as well as his knowledge and straight-forward approach to selling. The finance team made things easy, when often this is a second point of sales (warranties, etc). And when we had questions post-sales, we also found the service team (Chris, Jens and Kenneth) responsive and knowledgeable. We have been told they are one of the top VW dealerships in the country, and it's easy to see why. The team there work to make you feel like you, as well as your car, are being taken care of.
