Purchased a Used Suv last week from Bryant Valverde and Will Avila. I have been very impressed with the professional service and attitude of this dealer. The finance department that handled the transaction was also very professional laying out all the options that were available on my purchase. The transaction went smooth and I had a first class delivery experience with the delivery manager. What sets this dealership apart is the after service, I purchased a used vehicle and stuff can happen soon after delivery at no fault of the dealer, this can be upsetting as the new owner, but how the dealer response tells the tail. I live in the Okanagan and after delivery had a trouble free trip home, the next day is when the little issue appeared, the car would not restart after a trip to town? I immediately thought battery?or something more serious, after recharging the battery the unit re started and seemed fine, but next morning again dead. I took the battery out and had a Shop run a Load test and diagnostic on the battery and it revealed a bad cell. Worried about how this would go over I contacted the salesmanager, keep in mind this was a Sunday and a Lot of Managers would have waited to they returned on Monday. Will got right back to me and assured me that this will be rectafied. I ordered a replacement battery and Will followed up with the promise to reimburse the cost of the battery. First Class the way it was handled and I know where I will be going to look for our first Electric Vehicle. Thanks again to your whole team a first class bunch of people from Sales to Finance and Parts and Service. Brad More
I used to be very fund of this dealership as I had two vehicles VW Tiguan that I acquired from VW and the car and service was amazing. But then the big issues started when I leased the first VW Atlas Cros vehicles VW Tiguan that I acquired from VW and the car and service was amazing. But then the big issues started when I leased the first VW Atlas Cross Sport. I have been driving the car for over 1 year (17k miles on it) but for some reason I have been having more issues with this car than all the cars I owned in my lifetime. My new routine has become to schedule an appointment every 3-5 weeks with VW Vancouver. Today is the 6th time me dropping of my car to have again something fixed. The service team is great at their job but I can’t say the same from the sales team or the dealership at all. Due to having multiple problems with the car I have asked that someone from sales/management reach out to me to find a solution about replacing the car. It is ridiculous that a brand new vehicle has been in the shop multiple times. I would understand if it was a old vehicle but no it’s brand new. I called their sales team a few times leaving messages and talking to reps to call me back but nothing. They will only call you when there is money to be made. Their excuse is that my lease is only 1.5 years in and they can’t get me out of it. I didn’t ask to get me out of a lease but just to replace the vehicle as I can’t come into the dealership every 4-5 weeks to get yet another issue fixed with the car. I have brought up my concerns multiple times with, sales, service and finance but they just brush it off and say it is what it is. That’s not called customer service and that doesn’t resolve my issue. I am just frustrated and angry with the dealership and will for sure use another dealership going forward and maybe finally say goodbye to VW after my lease is over. I hope they learn not to treat a loyal client of over 12 years like this after this post. More
Service is always excellent and prompt. Today I had to get a headlight changed. We tried to change it ourselves but failed. We brought in our own bulb. Our recent experience with Chris was excellent - very knowledgeable and outstanding customer service (he called with updates frequently). This was in stark contrast to our previous visit where a different advisor called us only 3 times during the 9 days that Clarkdale had our car for servicing and didn't return our calls. More

Golf tdi service appointment I just wanted to share the excellent experience I had at Clarkdale Volkswagen. So this morning I brought my golf tdi in to fix/diagnose a throttle bod I just wanted to share the excellent experience I had at Clarkdale Volkswagen. So this morning I brought my golf tdi in to fix/diagnose a throttle body issue that was determined by my mechanic, he had mentioned to me that it may be a software issue and to get it double checked at the dealership. I had the pleasure of being helped by Tina, who after booking me in, went above and beyond to double-check my warranty status on the part to see if it was covered, and it was! Tina saved me close to $1300 and my service today was completely free! Thank you so much for still showing me that great customer service can happen anywhere! More
