My relationship with Vancouver Volkswagen goes back a few years now, and I can clearly see why they have received multiple customer care awards. I will continue to be loyal to this location and their ser years now, and I can clearly see why they have received multiple customer care awards. I will continue to be loyal to this location and their services for years to come. The History: Matt and Tina have been amazing for years. They took care of the maintenance for my previous Tiguan, even helping me with a flat tire repair on a late Sunday afternoon at no charge and handling unscheduled oil top-ups. I will be forever grateful for their help. The Sales Experience: I recently went in knowing exactly what I wanted—specific specifications and the model year for a 2024 ID.4. Sean and the Sales leader collaborated perfectly to make it happen! Once we agreed on the price, Kelly organized the financial details incredibly fast. The Delivery: Andy went above and beyond during the handover. He took his time to walk me through the whole system and even helped me personalize my home screen with his favorite setup, which turned out to be perfect. His tips and advice were incredibly useful. The Service Team: For the minor adjustments needed on my ID.4, Yannas was amazing to work with; she managed to accommodate my busy schedule and got me in right away. Ryan, the technician, provided a detailed presentation and a clear action plan for the vehicle. And as always, Tina and Matt were there to make the entire process smooth and fast. Thank you to the whole team for an extremely satisfying experience. If you want a team that listens to your research and values your time, this is the place! More

They know their cars well and make the sales procedure enjoyable. The service advisors are friendly and thoughtful. They work hard to make a visit to VW productive. I have had the privilege of working with Mickey Huang and Matt Ogglesby. On recent visits Tina Soyles has been my advisor. She is absolutely fantastic! She offers the best service that anyone could ever desire. It is with joy that I can recommend Vancouver VW very highly! Dr. Shirley Sullivan More

I bought a new car 2 years ago and negotiated a couple oil changes with the lease. I went ahead a started the process of booking that oil change and am very disappointed with the service I received. Debor oil changes with the lease. I went ahead a started the process of booking that oil change and am very disappointed with the service I received. Deborah, the appointment coordinator provided the worse customer service I have received in years. I am so disappointed with every part of the communication I had with her. The service on the car was completed and everything is great with that part but I was really expecting something special with the customer experience side of things and it was not at all what I call excellence or professional. If you are looking for a car I may suggest to think twice about this dealership because of the lack of customer support. Total bummer. More
I was looking to buy a car for my son and noticed that VW Vancouver had a pre-owned manual Mazda 3 that I liked. It was priced at approx $27k which was also near my budget. When I asked for a final quote, Vancouver had a pre-owned manual Mazda 3 that I liked. It was priced at approx $27k which was also near my budget. When I asked for a final quote, they sent me a quote for $33k, which was a bit ridiculous. I visited the dealership and Gil Santo was kind enough to offer me a price of 30k. He also called his manager, Jonty to facilitate the transaction. I offered 27k for the car to which Jonty said that the least they can do is $30k, and if we don't like it we can go our own separate ways (his words), and he walked off after this, in the middle of a negotiation. Disgusting behavior. Never visiting again More
Let me start by saying that we have previously had three brand new Passats which performed flawlessly from day one. VW in its infinite wisdom have stopped producing the Passat and so we were persuaded in to brand new Passats which performed flawlessly from day one. VW in its infinite wisdom have stopped producing the Passat and so we were persuaded in to a Jetta, again, brand new. During a weekend away, the sun came out and we turned on the air conditioning. Out of the vents came warm air! Back in Vancouver, I contacted the dealer - Vancouver VW - and was invited to bring the car in for them to check. This I did, only to be told that the 'special machine' required to check the AC was out of order, and that the only person, a Manager, who knew when it would be repaired was off sick! A week or so later a phone call informed us that the 'machine' was back in operation and could we bring the car in ..............again! They kept the car for a day and announced that a new part was needed and had to be shipped from the US "about three working days away." I quote from the work sheet: "....found AC compressor dripping oil, verified with UV light. Replacement required." Bear in mind that this is a brand-new car with some 23 KM on the clock when delivered! Tellingly a piece of paper which I presumed to be a pre-delivery checklist listed everything BUT the air-conditioning! The Service Agent, Matt Ogglesby, is a very personable young man who was hugely sympathetic and apologised profusely. Complaints to VW Canada were met with a barrage of platitudes and not much else. THIS WILL ALMOST CERTAINLY BE OUR LAST VOLKSWAGEN! More
I recently purchased a 2016 VW Golf Highline from Vancouver VW. At the time of purchased it had less than 19,000 km on the odometer. Generally, I am very disappointed in the service I received. Wh Vancouver VW. At the time of purchased it had less than 19,000 km on the odometer. Generally, I am very disappointed in the service I received. When I arrived to pickup my car I noticed cuts in two of the tires. Fortunately, the inventory manager went to the manager to discuss replacing the two tires. While that was happening my salesman approached me. I pointed out the cuts in the tires and he dismissed my concerns. A few minutes later, the inventory manager returned and told me the tires would be replaced. I later learned the damage occurred when the wheels were reconditioned. I also asked for a dent to be repaired and for a rattle to be fixed. With respect to the rattle, after doing some research and speaking with a salesperson and another VW dealership, I thought the rattle was likely due to the fuel line moving in a channel on the chassis; this is a fairly common problem apparently. The service manager said he would look after the rattle by wrapping the fuel line in plastic. I dropped off the car on the day of the appointment and when I called at the end of the day I was told my car was not ready because the keys were lost. I was given a loaner and the following morning I was told the keys had been found. I called in the late afternoon to ask if my car was ready. I was told the wrong tires had been ordered so I would need to wait another day. I picked up my car the following day. The new tires were installed and the dent was fixed. However, the rattle was not fixed. I texted the service manager to let him know; I said I'd try to find the rattle but received no reply. Given all the problems, it was pretty clear that he did not want to deal with me again. So now I own a "certified" Golf with only 19,000 km on the odometer that looks great and runs well but rattles noticeably at all speeds over 70km per hour. More
I can ‘t say enough about the service I have received at Vancouver Volkswagen. My diesel Jetta was insisting on showing a dash light indicating engine malfunction.
