Almost - but why the yelling? Got close to a deal, but a few concerning points: - didn't get high enough on the trade - they will tell you they did, but CDN Black Book (very con Got close to a deal, but a few concerning points: - didn't get high enough on the trade - they will tell you they did, but CDN Black Book (very conservative) doesn't confirm that and this is where I bought my car, so I thought I'd get the solid deal here... - Leah was clear on what I wanted and one of the only salespeople I've worked with at a number of dealerships to actually find something closest to what I was asking for - others seemed a bit crusty to me; if they're treating me like this before I pay the money, I can't imagine what would happen if I had an issue after the deal! (only because of Leah, I put Good under the friendliness part) - tires seemed worn but they wouldn't replace - would not disclose the MSRP - how can I tell what kind of deal I'm getting if i don't know the MSRP?? even Leah must have agreed because she asked at least 3 times! More
