They located an alternate vehicle I originally signed up to purchase a new RAM 1500. To my surprise, that specific vehicle got sold to someone else. They located an alternate vehicle within 2 days. She answered all our questions - and was available to us throughout the process. Even after all the paperwork was signed off and we picked up the vehicle she maintained contact with us-- to make sure we were happy with our purchase and if any questions or concerns came up - she was available to pass along further information. Great service and friendly staff Marco and his team made the car by no experience enjoyable from the start. They started with a reasonable offer for my trade - other dealers I visite Marco and his team made the car by no experience enjoyable from the start. They started with a reasonable offer for my trade - other dealers I visited all came in low and claimed they "could probably do better once you buy a vehicle" which essentially wasted time and made it clear that Unique was a better option. Marco spent plenty of time trying to source the specific combination of options that I was looking for. He had lots of patience with me that's for sure! Ultimately he found something that was a great compromise, again something other dealerships weren't willing to take the time to do. Marco also called or tested when he said he would, once again something the other dealers I visited didn't bother to do. Picking up the truck was painless as well. Leah knew her stuff and it was great to get a full tour of the truck before driving it off the lot. She made sure all functions were reviewed and offered follow up assistance if needed. I am sure this could be very handy with all the electronics now included. I also have to mention Michael as he made the financing side easy. While still going through the standard up sell talk he didn't pressure and clearly outlined my options. Refreshing compared to past buying experiences. Great experience from start to finish! More
