Quick and hassle free I went to the dealership for my usual oil change, while waiting I wondered into the sales showroom to kick some mud tires....jeeps! I was introduced to Deanna Mai (most professional and attentive to my jeep needs) I found the vehicle in minutes that fit into my needs ( good dealer inventory selection) now it was time to see if this vehicle would fit into my financial needs. I made a reasonable and fair offer. Deanna presented it to Paul Dworzak and in minutes it came back positive plus an added warrenty topped off the deal. Paul also drives a jeep and came out to Jeep talk with me...very cool connection with customer. Next I was introduced to Mio Radenkovic (finance manager). Here comes to push sales.......wrong Mio quickly advise me of all vehicle options and warranties...he was very real and present with me.. The deal went through no hitches! Thanks team! On the way out to pick up me old jeep from the service dept. I saw Jordan Chin-Cham I told him what I had just per chased......well he went on and on about the new jeep tec stuff and options ....he just helped confirm that I had made the best purchase possible. With Steve's assistance we worked out a price that left me feeling respected and treated fairly. No easy task as we all go in with a feeling of trepidation as we make which is for most of us the second biggest purchase of our lives. Zamona willingly shared her knowledge (as well as chocolates) and quickly expedited all required paper work. My niece and her husband found themselves becoming parents unexpectedly to 3 identical beautiful girls. This was all natural with no drugs involved so very unexpected. They also found themselves with no way to get the 3 girls around as well as a 5 foot stroller. Mike was very quick to offer help after I made many calls to other dealerships and either never received a call back or no help was offered. I am glad and grateful to say Unique Chrysler got them into a Dodge van that will fit the whole family . Good to see there is still people who care and are willing to give where there is need. Because of our experience with Bahador when we were ready to buy we came back. He got us a great deal on our purchase. When filling out the initial paperwork he was helpful and answered all of our questions. When we came back to pick up our vehicles Mio had all our paperwork ready and made sure we didn't have to spend too much time filling it all out so that we could get our vehicles sooner. Overall everyone we interacted with was friendly and I would recommend this dealership and Bahador and Mio to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. More

Great Service Team! It was 5pm and my tire was rapidly going flat. I was in Flamborough and I had to pick up kids by 6pm. Needless to say I was a bit stressed out.
