( felt like a piece of cloud over my head in a sunny spring day). I drove in and met a guy ,Tony , randomly on the appointment day which was Thursday. After I told him what happened to my van, Transmission problem, maybe,,,,,, He served my case quite professional. Then the thing turned very simple. I just waited for about 30 minutes in waiting room. He came in and told me what happened to the trans. I decided to leave my van to them because I felt confident and comfortable to do so after talking with Tony. I took my van back the day before yesterday. So far so good. It makes me feel that I have to write a rate here to thank you guys for the professional job. More

After a whole lot of online vehicle shopping I decided to travel all the way from Montreal to Burlington. The urban legend is true! They have a huge selection and with all the options that Chrysler puts on their high-end vehicles Nikki was spectacular in nailing down exactly what I wanted. Brenda took excellent care of all the paperwork which was complicated given that I was awaiting my work permit and resident documentation and the out-of-province purchase involved temporary plates etc etc. Long story short, the reviews are true. I felt welcome at the showroom. It seems like a fun place and the folks are all genuinely great. I got the Jeep I wanted and it was with pleasure of doing business that feels full of good karma, and that's worth a heck lot more. More
