Knowledgeable and proffesional Decided I needed a newer vehicle to replace the one I had which I found too low to the ground after driving it for 1 1/2 yrs. I need to mention I have a disability that makes it difficult sometimes to get into and get out of a vehicle. I researched online for a newer vehicle that would fit my needs. Decided on a slightly used Jeep Patriot from Unique Superstore and sent them off a email. They replied very quickly and I decided to go out just last Thursday to take a look and that's where I met Danielle DeVries who replied to my email. Very nice, polite and professional, took vehicle right away for a test drive over to the main building across the street. We talked with a manager to see what I exactly wanted and needed as far as a vehicle goes. I did decide on a brand new Jeep Patriot not because of pressure by them but entirely my decision. I did need financing and Brenda was so very helpful and accommodating.They even asked me what colour I wanted (midnight blue metallic) which they had in stock called True Blue. I love having options to make an informed decision and that is exactly what they provided. The service was amazing and would not hesitate to deal with them for my next vehicle down the road.
