Excellent Customer Service I purchased a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT Premium plus on the weekend. I initially went in looking at a 2015 Crew Van, Deanna greeted us and immediat I purchased a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT Premium plus on the weekend. I initially went in looking at a 2015 Crew Van, Deanna greeted us and immediately asked if she could help us with anything. I found Deanna to be very friendly, identified very quickly what we were looking for and came back with a few options that gave us the features we were looking for that were in the '15 crew van. It was smarter for us to look at the 2016 as it was a year newer and had 0% financing for 72 months vs 48. Deanna was very knowledgeable with the features of the van, and when we test drove the van she showed us how each feature worked. Nicola was able to work with Deanna and us to achieve the payment I had in mind, they offered us an excellent trade in value for my car which made it more attractive to buy that day and not have the hassle of selling privately. Mio worked with us on the financing, explaining the various options available for warranties etc. Financing was quick and painless :-). Picked up my van today, again greeted by Deanna and Mio with their friendly smiles. Deanna took the time to explain the features again, even paired my phone. Returned for the third time I wasn't happy with the Titan protection package being added after the fact, I was told it was free since my monthly payment did not change when I que I wasn't happy with the Titan protection package being added after the fact, I was told it was free since my monthly payment did not change when I questioned it but I did not notice that my lien payout on my trade in was less then I had initially thought but otherwise, this is the third time we have bought from Unique and I'm pleased with my new van. The staff are always nice, they have great hours, they know their stock and they gave me a good value for my trade in. More
