Amazing Truck Purchase Experience! I purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram 4X4 Sport Truck from Abir Rachid at Unique Chrysler this past May. From the minute I walked into the dealership, Abir I purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram 4X4 Sport Truck from Abir Rachid at Unique Chrysler this past May. From the minute I walked into the dealership, Abir greeted me with a warm and engaging smile, which set the tone for my purchasing experience. Abir was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and engaged to take all the time I needed to answer all my questions. She showed me all of the features of the truck from front to back and allowed me to test drive the vehicle in the city and highway. Abir took the time to introduce me to her Service Managers, Paul and Steve, then Business Manager Mike, who were are all equally very friendly. I truly felt like I was becoming a new member of the Unique Chrysler Family! Amir, did not pressure me to make a purchase on the spot, and allowed me to ingest this important decision. She even gave me her cell phone number if I had any after hour questions. I returned the following day and met with Abir a 2nd time. Abir's was very diligent to not only get me the best value on my purchase, but negotiated a extremely fair trade in for a vehicle that was well past its prime. I made the purchase of this amazing vehicle, and returned a few days later to pick up my truck without any issues. I even got an IPad Mini in the deal! Fantastic Pain Free Experience I had done my research on the type of car I wanted and I had been to several car dealers prior to walking into Unuique Chrysler in Burlinton Ontario. I met all types of sales people, all of them couldn't have been bothered to take me for a test drive, in-fact most seemed uninterested to sell me a car. As a sales person, I believe in customer-centric service and closing the deal. I wan't to feel as though my sales person is doing what they can to get the deal done without being pushy. With Abir Rachid, that was exactly the experience I received. She was the first person I met when I walked through the door, she took me for a test drive and when she listened to what I was looking for in an SUV, Abir ran all over the parking lot to find me an exact match and it was a cold day! Long story short - we were able to get the deal done that day. After this great experience, I worked with Zamona Baksh in the financing department and that too was an fantastic experience. Both Abir and Zamona, gave me tremendous service, they were extremely friendly, personable, knowledgable and most importantly they wanted me to leave happy and I did!
