family vehicle asap! a deal would not have dinished Brian from unique chrysler was unbelieveably professional, courteous, friendly, smart. after encountering family car troubles which deemed our vehic Brian from unique chrysler was unbelieveably professional, courteous, friendly, smart. after encountering family car troubles which deemed our vehicle unsafe and not road worthly, our JOURNEY for a new family vehicle began, and what seemed like a never ending task, search and reviews which took almost two full weeks (12 days), all came to a quick clean fair and very well explained conclusion of our new family vehicle, on september 19 2016 5:30 pm we walked out of UNIQUE chrysler with our new dodge journey. completely satisfied . at first we had lots of questions and concerns looking thru all the options, and with couple of unforseen issues that arose, were nothing for Brian and his team ( MIO & Dan to name a couple)to take care of,and swiftly accommodate our needs to assure we found the family vehicle we needed and that we are truely happy with our choice. Brian , Mio, and Dan were surprisingly easy and pleasant to work with. Brian is what car sales reps should model themselves after, extremely polite, careing and again very professional. Brian definatly corrected my vision of tha typical sales man/woman; because that he isnt, but all sales men/woman should be or try to be similar if not exactly like the example Brians displays day after day. our family truely believes the time spend with Brian at Unique chrysler in search of our family vehicle, was a GOD send. Returned to Unique Chrysler After 1 Year - New Vehicle Issue I purchased a vehicle in 2015 which I thoroughly loved until I started having some issues with the engine burning unusual amounts of oil. I was very I purchased a vehicle in 2015 which I thoroughly loved until I started having some issues with the engine burning unusual amounts of oil. I was very upset about it and wanted to trade in my vehicle and get something else. I looked around at other dealerships (Ford, Chevy, Hyundai etc.) and quickly realized that they wouldn't give me a fair trade in value for my brand new 2015 vehicle. I decided to go back to Unique, where I bought the car, and explained the issues that I was having. I actually spoke to the Sales Person who sold me the car, Nicola Hunt, she is now a Manager. She assigned Abir to help me out. Between the two of them, they really made me feel comfortable and I was able to express myself in a way that I wouldn't have with any other dealership. They understood my situation and felt awful about the issues that I was having. All in all, I traded in my vehicle for a brand new 2016 6 cylinder model and was very happy with the deal that we worked out. Again, nowhere else would I have received such a deal. Although I had issues with my 2015 Jeep, I'm still a fan and am loving my new Jeep. Nicola, Abir and Dan were a pleasure to deal with and would do it all again... but, not for another 6-8 years at least.. LOL.. Thank You! More
