Great customer service Deanna is a great asset to Unique. She went above and beyond my expectations. The wait for my Renegade was prolonged and Deanna kept on top of it k Deanna is a great asset to Unique. She went above and beyond my expectations. The wait for my Renegade was prolonged and Deanna kept on top of it keeping updated. She personally stepped up and got it ready for me on the day of pickup. The only thing that I say could be improved was that my Renegade was not washed when I picked it up and it was rain spotted. It would have been better if my Renegade was "shiny" and new, rather than just new. I did think that FC Canada should have stepped up in some way because if the 5 and a half month wait I had for the Renegade. I dint think that is a normal wait time for a new vehicle. If it is it shouldn't be. Ordering a 2018 in 2017 shouldn't mean you get it when more than a quarter of the year is already past. Pat DeFreitas More

On the day I was to pick up my new car, due to unforeseen circumstances, I arrived one hour before my scheduled appointment. and Leah wasn't there. Mio, from Finance arranged for a couple other gentleman to assist getting me into my new car. One removed the plates from my old car and installed them on the new one, while another gentleman explained some of the options and features I was not familiar with.
