"Above and beyond" barely covers what salesman Derek Conn and finance manager Walid Noori did to help my wife and I purchase her new 2018 Jeep Wrangle "Above and beyond" barely covers what salesman Derek Conn and finance manager Walid Noori did to help my wife and I purchase her new 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon! From the start we were faced with a number for obstacles that would have sent most sales people running. The vehicle we wanted was already allocated to a dealer trade, we were located 300km / 3hrs away, we had to process an employee purchase, we had a trade in vehicle, we were upside down on our financing and everything would have to be done WITHIN 1 DAY before the vehicle was scheduled to leave for another dealership. :o From the start Derek was undaunted. He set to work on pulling the Jeep out of the dealer trade and getting our trade in evaluated. Within hours he had everything done. We had our deal written up, trade in appraised at a great value, and everything was set to go. IN ONE DAY WE HAD OUR DEAL DONE! :o All that was left was for Walid to process the mountain or paperwork. Over the next two days we corresponded back and forth, got all the necessary paper work done and by Saturday when we finally arrived the Jeep was ready to go! All we had to do was sign on the dotted line and collect our keys. :) I can't even imagine any other dealer that would have overcome the hurdles these two managed especially in the time restraints they did it under... My wife is now the proud owner of a 2018 Sting-Gray JL Rubicon. Her dream vehicle. Thanks to Derek and Walid, we couldn't have done it without your amazing efforts! PIcked up 2019 Ram in 7 hours!! I gotta hand it to the guys at Unique! David McAulay and everyone else made it happen in less than 6 hours! I got every option, I left with what I wanted and then some! I wasnt pressured to do anything I didnt want, I wasnt coerced into signing here or there for this or that.
