As soon as I walked into the dealership I felt very comfortable by all the employees. Everyone there were very friendly and made sure I was taken care of. The day I picked up my Jeep I was brought to Mio who explained in detail the outline of my car payments and other inquires I had about the my vehicle agreement. He made sure I understood my 7 year in finance and the warranty on the Jeep. Finally when I got into the Jeep I got a thorough explanation of the car and felt very comfortable driving away in my new Jeep. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know! We went to Unique as more or less walk-in business, after our Pontiac Montana let us down (yet again). Sam Sferazza made us feel very much at home, helped us find the vehicle that best fit our needs (a 7 sea our Pontiac Montana let us down (yet again). Sam Sferazza made us feel very much at home, helped us find the vehicle that best fit our needs (a 7 seater Journey CVP, bright red) and entertained our children while we signed paperwork. Mio Radenkovic handled the business end of things and was very friendly and professional throughout. He even agreed on a generous trade in price for our rotten old Montana!
