The staff there was also very welcoming, for the 3 visits I made there they always made sure I was taken care of. This was a week and a half process for me deciding what vehicle I was going to get and how I could get approved with or without a co-signer. This was a big financial decision of mine and Mil made sure I was doing the right thing the right way. We kept in touch over text messages and phone calls and he was quickly to respond to any of my questions or concerns. Mil also recommended me to an awesome insurance broker that gave me the lowest rate when I was looking around at other companies. Luckily Mil pulled it all together for me and I finally got my dream car a Jeep Compass! Thank you so much to the team at Unique Chrysler!! More

Unique Chrysler Staff saved us from a horrible nightmare! Unique Chrysler and their staff are an amazing dealership. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied, you can rest assure Unique Chrysler and their staff are an amazing dealership. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied, you can rest assured that you will be treated fairly and given a fair deal on your vehicle. I know this because of the experience we had before landing at Unique. We purchased a vehicle 2 months ago from another dealer. Right from the moment we walked in the door we had nothing but problems, staff not calling us back, history of the vehicle not being disclosed, paperwork being filled out incorrectly. Once we had finally taken delivery of the vehicle the real problems began. Electrical issue after electrical issue, several other issues with the vehicle, and a dealership that was less than helpful. They did take our vehicle in to repair the issues on three separate occasions, during these 3 times (which totalled over 4 weeks of having to drive a rental) no one was able to solve the issues, but they continued to return it to us claiming everything was fixed. Finally after being told electrical issues were suspected I had decided enough was enough. This car was supposed to be in perfect condition with minimal wear and tear. I then spent several days arguing with staff who refused to call me back, who were rude and refused to help. I was then told to return my rental and they would take back my vehicle but nothing else would be done or offered to me. I finally landed on Mike Carobelli's door step at Unique Chrysler, and he was our answer to this never ending nightmare. Mike went above and beyond to find us a new vehicle that met all of our needs, and to make sure we were getting a good deal and not taken advantage of. His entire staff (Deanna our sales person, and Mike in financing) were amazing to deal, with emailed or called back quickly when we had questions and always made sure to keep us in the loop while they worked to find us just the right vehicle. I have never been more impressed with the service I received than with Unique. We took delivery of our new vehicle last night and couldn't be happier. We went through a horrible ordeal that would make anyone not want to buy a vehicle ever and that proves every stereotype of a car salesman and dealership right, but in the end Unique proved all of that wrong and made us feel confident in purchasing a vehicle again. More

Outstanding, straight forward, and great to work with We shopped alot of different dealerships, but it was worth the 1+ hour to get there. Will definitely recommend to others.
