The staff was very friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions. We did not feel any pressure to purchase right away as we did at other dealerships. Andrei and Liam helped to make our experience purchasing a vehicle stress free and enjoyable. Our van was ready for pick up in a couple of days and was in excellent condition. A few days later we noticed a small chip in the windshield. We took it in and it was quickly repaired at no cost. We are seniors who drove out from Mississauga to look at the inventory available. Our experience at Troys Toys was certainly worth the drive to Guelph.
