I do not suggest anyone buying cars from Troy’s Toys. Do not trust them, and do not waste your money. No technical supports, no loyalty and respect to their customers, and some of their staff are really ru not trust them, and do not waste your money. I do suggest anybody who bought a car from them, asking a mechanic to check their car as soon as possible. Buying a car from them imposed me lots of costs, dangers, and risks for me and my family, just after I used it. Since two months ago that I bought the car, I have spent around 3000 dollars to solve the car issues, and still this car is not reliable! I bought a Volkswagen Passat from them around two months ago, and they told me the car is Rust prove, certified, with no technical issues, and even I paid 2000 dollars more to have an extended warranty. The car has got many kinds of issues since just after 3 hours of buying, plus a lot of rust on interior outside of the car. I have sent them many emails and struggled with their staff through the phone regarding the car issues, but there hasn’t been any signs of responsibility there. They haven’t answered my emails, and phones as well. Again, please don’t waste your money, and don’t buy anything from them. More
