Horrible experience This dealership was awful, horrible, nightmare!! I brought a car from here a few months ago and I was assured that the car was in great condition, not This dealership was awful, horrible, nightmare!! I brought a car from here a few months ago and I was assured that the car was in great condition, nothing wrong with it, test drove it and noticed little things that they assured me they would fix. However the first week I had it, I was having multiple problems with the car. I brought it back to them and they told me they had fixed the problem...They did not!! Since then I have had numerous issues with the car, where I just go to another mechanic now so I can actually get the issue fixed! They will tell you whatever you want to hear so you buy the car and then after you do they could care less about you even though you paid for warranty! An honest dealership is NOT this one!! The owners will actually argue with you and are extremely rude people!! Nightmare from the beginning!! More

Waste of time I dealt with Peter at this dealership regarding a 2012 Maxima. I explained to Peter I live about 175KM away and I will making a long journey to see this vehicle. We decided upon a date and time to see the car, I asked for a car proof but was told I can see it when I come in. I asked if any problems with the car, I was told it runs great. Only AFTER I drove for 2hrs to get there I was told the car was in 2 accidents, and when I checked further, it was actually 3 accidents. One of them causing structural damage. Such a waste of time, I can't stand people who have no regard for other peoples time or salesmen who lie. Good luck selling that junk. More

Great place to do business We bought a car from this dealership about a month ago. From the moment we test drove the car there was a rattle in the sunroof, we were assured that We bought a car from this dealership about a month ago. From the moment we test drove the car there was a rattle in the sunroof, we were assured that it would be fixed upon delivery. Two days after delivery we noticed the rattle had come back and there was a creaking noise in the suspension. So we brought the car back in, after waiting four hours we were told the sunroof was fixed and the creaking noise was never heard. But they assured us we could bring the car back past our warranty period and they would fix it. Two months later the creaking became a clunking noise. We brought the car car back to them, they supplied us with a great loaner car and the next day the work was completed and we were happy More
