I was really amazed by the service center. They have done the job exactly what I requested them for my Honda Pilot . I am personally thankful for MR. Not the best experience but not the worst. Since time is a precious commodity, wasting it is just not good. Purchased a New Tacoma from them. I traded in a vehicle and though I’m not ecstatic with the trade in price Mark did a good job at negotiating to the point where I don’t feel I got a screaming hot deal, or a bad deal. I feel I got a fair deal and that’s really all I can ask. Even though I paid cash difference I still had to see finance manager. Despite being pushed for time and being told that since I was the first of the day so should get in quick I still had to wait for what seemed forever. Once I finally got in to see Vic Saini he seemed personable enough, was respectful and efficient, he told me though that Toyota requires I register the vehicle and show him the registration before I pick it up,….but he could make an exception if I could not get it done. He gave me the nvis and a photocopied bill of sale and said that is all that would be needed. I had a bit of time so went to register it. One place….not a chance, need original bill of sale. Tried another….same thing…only they also told me that all bills of sale must be original to register a vehicle, makes no difference whether it is from a dealer or not. Well, an hour and a half wasted because if an ill informed finance guy…oh well, life goes on. So I go to pick up the vehicle at the appointed time and there it is, sitting right in front of the front door, all bright and shiny…but still full of stickers, shipping plastic etc. They had not even started the pre delivery clean up yet. Since my appointment was for 9 I expected everything to be ready as it has been at other go auto stores. Fortunately, my sale rep Mark backstopped the dealership on this one too, he had the unit into detail, got 2 or 3 guys working on it and within 30 minutes the vehicle was back in the front with a full tank of gas that Mark personally went and did. Overall rating is 5 stars for the product, 2 stars for wasting so much of my time waiting around the dealership to see finance and ultimately pick up my car, 1 star for Vic who had me burn an hour and a half trying to do the impossible and register the vehicle, and 5 stars for Mark. Without him I could not have tolerated the rest of the service I received. Somehow he masterly stickhandled everything to the point that I was pleased when I left. He is a good guy, ask for him if you are buying a new car, he will take care of you. Not sure if I will use them for service, without Mark there to pull together everything that falls apart I am doubtful they can provide the quality of post sale service I would expect. Time will tell I suppose. More

Worse car dealer I have ever been to. We were trying to buy a new Rav 4 and not once did any salesperson acknowledge that were were even in there. Everyone just walked by us. Made a deal and put down a $1000 deposit for a vehicle that's not available yet for at least another couple more weeks. We were aware and signed. But we found one somewhere else that's available right that's not available yet for at least another couple more weeks. We were aware and signed. But we found one somewhere else that's available right away and so we cancelled. We were hoping they'd consider returning our deposit for the reason of the vehicle not being available. But they won't. It's not like it's one that they're shipping for us. There were no deliveries because of the BC fire. It was our first experience with toyota. It'll be our last at toyota on the trail and will definitely not recommend them at all. They can enjoy our $1000. More

I do not recommend this dealership anyone. About 15-20 days ago I wanted to purchase used Nissan Altima but the supervisor of the dealership refused to sell it to me. I offered cash, money order or check but they told that it is possible to purchase used vehicles only with financing type of payment. want to tell that the product advisor Rodel tried to help me but nothing happen. In this way they are trying to get extra money from the customer. I think that it suppose to be the freedom of the customer"s choice of payment, some people prefer financing, others like me prefer to pay in full amount. That is not happen with the Toyota on the Trail. They motivated that they sell used vehicles only with finance because to prevent the customers from the selling the vehicles to the USA. Or may be they want to trick the customers (as one reviewer wrote that Toyota on Trail is biggest liers including finance department). Who knows? More
