We came in to see a used CRV at Toronto Honda and we were welcomed by a Rodger De Leon. He was respectful and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. After deciding that the CRV was the right fit for us price negotiationing went very smoothly and we bought the CRV. We pointed out a few areas of concern on the exterior and Rodger marked it down and said that they would be taken care of before we picked up the CRV. 4 days later we picked up the CRV yet the areas were not addressed. He apologized and said that it will be taken care the next time that we could drop off the CRV. We dropped off the CRV 2 days later and Rodger said that he would call us when it was done. A few hrs later we went to pick up the CRV and it was sparkling. The work was done to our expectations and Rodger had washed our CRV himself. Agents are very helpful and will do anything to get the best car and price for you but once you go to talk to the financial advisor and will say NO to all his offers??? he will say your credit is not good enough. I even suggested to include my wife on the ownership but he declined and you know what he said?? "It doesn't matter." How professional is that??? He did not even try! I went to another Honda dealership and guess what did the financial advisor said?? My credit is good and was able to purchase my brandnew car. I still recommend this dealership but talk to you agent not to pass you to Reza for the final step. More
