For this sale we dealt with Tan and Jay and they were both highly professional, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and provided us with honest answers to all our questions. Tan explained the differences between the various models in clear and understandable language so we were very comfortable with our choice once we made a decision. We went back several times to test drive different vehicles, ask questions and get information. Tan always greeted us by name and took the time to deal with us, even when he was very busy. Jay helped us choose a financing package that suited our needs. He listened to us and explained the various warranty products and how they worked but he didn't try to oversell any of them. We feel we got a great deal, working with great people on a great vehicle from a great business. More

That’s just manipulative and annoying. Either give your customers the lowest price off the hop or don’t bother. Our concerns were addressed by Hong all the way through. We felt confident in the company having purchased there in the past. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership to a friend. More

We went back and forth between new 2018 and the remaining 2017s. He was helpful, open, and easy with answering questions. He, probably based on training, was reluctant to give me his best price, instead asking what price would get the deal done. This may seem like a way to get more out of the buyer than he absolutely had to; however, in the end, I am fine with this approach since what matters is whether the buyer is happy with the product and the price. Overall, I feel that Tony Graham Toyota provided a good experience and a good product. I would recommend Tan as a representative. A couple of words of caution: new cars come with many sensors, and I was told that the typical anti-rust treatment (putting holes in the doors and spraying in) would void the warranty, and therefore if you want to rust-proof your car you almost have to take their package; and, be ready to take your time since there is always lots of paperwork and lots of after sales selling for things like extended warranties and more. More
