He answered all my questions, and when he didn't know the answer he went and found out rather than brushing it (something a lot of people will do). I required some unique set ups in the vehicle (something you'll likely never see again) to make sure it was the right one for me and Loren respected this and did everything he could to be of assistance. I felt comfortable in the dealership right from the start. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. The turnaround was very quick from the day I purchased the car to the day I picked it up. When I arrived to pick up my car, everyone made the day that much more exciting for me. There were a few hiccups (on my end) and I needed the assistance from the service department, and without hesitation they offered to help me, despite the request being something they had never come across before. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More

New Tundra I recently had to finally trade in my 2006 Tundra. I loved this vehicle that didn't give me any problems in 12 years and 379600 KM.
