I must admit of all the 5 cars and truck I had to buy new, Jakob was very impressive from the moment he introduced himself to the moment I left a content woman with my killer SUV. I always research and compare thoroughly among different models, companies and up to the dealers reviews... Despite tge fact your Yelp review was bad and a woman said she felt prejudicely treated by one of the sellers being condescending towards her. Well let me tell you that the opposite happened to me, I went through the same thing with other dealerships but Jakob has been the most respectful I have met in 10 years which has won my desire to remain with your dealership for my future servicing. If all your sellers are able to take the time to REALLY show, provide numbers, relevent precise comparison example with similar models of the competition, gone the extra mile during the test drive, the negotiations of prices .... Well , you have a great establishment build on strong people and not only quality products! Also, I must say I totally appreciated Jakob going again the extra mile by going threw all the options in the car and taking the time to seat down with me in the car despite it seemed straight foward... and I realised certain key tools would have been missed if I had been told to only read the book .... Donnie had offered a courteous with great response time in communication. My week had been crazy busy, but he has been genuine and was very patient with me. The most disappointed part of my purchasing experience happened in closing which was done by Michelle (Finance MANAGER), there was practically no eye contact as soon as I turned down the anti-rust package. I have no doubt she could probably be an expert, but am I the only customer who say no to her? (I verified with my colleagues at work, they all have turned down and everyone was shocked to hear what I had said) I travelled all the way to Kanata from downtown 4pm, and this was the attitude I got (non sincere, no eye contact and no smile), it is extremely tempting to walk out of the door. Toyota is famous for their customer service, I am surprised the dealership would put someone like her on closing a deal. Later on the night, I was confused with the bill of sale, so I have left a voice mail and emailed her (cc with Donnie on the email), I missed her return call but I was surprised when she mentioned that she had not received my email at all. (Junk mail probably? But she could have been too busy for me anyways), that's where Donnie shine on his customer services, it was his day off and he followed up for me. I got a response from Aaron (another finance manager) almost immediately - Aaron was firm, calm and professional to go through the bill of sale through the phone, I got it right away. So, thank you to you both Donnie and Aaron. When I received my car, one of the components (remote starter) was back-ordered. I was unsure when I would receive it; when I receive it, I hope it would not get charged with the labour cost, it was supposed to be included when I received my car. More
