Loren Hansen was assigned to help us - his professional demeanor and calm approach eased our apprehensions within the first few minutes of speaking to him. He truly listened to us and explained the vehicle in full. Too often, we have gone vehicle shopping and felt that we were being pushed into making a deal. Loren gave us the space to discuss when we asked him for a few minutes and answered every question in detail. We purchased our RAV4 from him and will ask for him again in the future, when the need for a vehicle arises. Thank you Loren! The reason why I did not rate it “excellent” was due to the fact that there was a miscommunication with how much I owed at pick up date. The monies owed was a $250 difference and while I understood eventually where that difference came from, it should have been stated to me beforehand as opposed to day of. Perhaps communication should have been a little bit better in preparation - or a simple reminder. Nonetheless, it was not significant enough to ruin my experience by any means! Just simply stating this for future sales. More
