What can I say about TITAN AUTO. Easily the best used car dealership in Regina. I am now on my 3rd. vehicle from them and I couldn't be happier. Very poor customer service. Purchased a used vehicle, no detail was done. Brought it back a week later for the detail and the day I drove it off the lot from the detail, everyth Purchased a used vehicle, no detail was done. Brought it back a week later for the detail and the day I drove it off the lot from the detail, everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. All my lights came on, the car was stalling. I called my sales rep and was told to bring it back and they would look at it. They did get me into a loaner, with gas on E though. 5 days later I was told my car was fixed and everything was resolved. (Note I drive on the highway every weekend with children and they knew this- my vehicle must be highway safe and reliable). That day, my service and engine lights came on again, but turned off within a few minutes so I didn't think anything of it. Less than a week later, my car came to a VERY abrupt stop (thankfully I was only going less than 5km leaving a til Hortons drive through) the car was still running though I could not switch gears, it was revving high, no power to anything (radio cut off, windows wouldn't work). I contacted Titan and this was when I was told by Allan that, "I don't think any of my techs looked at the vehicle" I got it taken it in elsewhere, this is where I learned it was a connection issue with some parts. All titan was willing to do was spend minimal funds to pay the other shop to repair then said they would get me into another vehicle. My issue is this...I feel they did not properly inspect the vehicle in the first place, how am I suppose to trust any vehicle titans techs have looked at after being told my the service manager that none of his techs had actually looked at it. Titan does not care about their customers, they only care about the deal. Safety of their customers should be of upmost important. Had my car stalled at a higher speed, or worse yet the highway, with kids..who knows how that would have ended. The ONLY way titan is willing to "help" is by getting me into something different, which would mean another sale and likely another vehicle not properly inspected. I have countered putting me back into as close the situation I was in at the time of purchasing the vehicle, and they absolutely refuse as it does not lead to them making another sale. More

I don't like buying cars but Josh and the folks there made it an ejoyable experience. There wasn't the typical BS you normally go through. Everyone was honest, forthright and to the point. Dealing with titan automotive is the outmost positive respectful dealership I have ever come across they treat you like family they are upfront. They are honest I bought my 2008 Dodge Cummins from Trevor respectful dealership I have ever come across they treat you like family they are upfront. They are honest I bought my 2008 Dodge Cummins from Trevor and also a 2016 QX 80 infinity from Trevor. I have been coming here for over eight years. I bring all my vehicles for maintenance repairs and I recommend everyone coming here they fix what’s needed and they look and make sure everything else is OK.. I trust them they’re honest. The mechanics here are very thorough. The staff here are very friendly, respectful, and always willing to come and say hi, even if you just come in here just to lock.. my mom and father were in Regina today. Their SUV broke down two flat tires and some mechanical problems. They don’t live here I text Trevor told him what’s happening he called me back within minutes and I had a tow truck. Take my parents SUV here, and Trevor left a note for the mechanic side of what to do with the fix and making sure we’re looked after now that it’s not just Service that’s respect and friendship.
