It was all so hilariously predictable, from the whole "I care about you" routine to the "let me fight with my manager to get you a better deal" routine. Some things to look out for ... there's a magical "etching fee" that will most likely erase any MSRP price reduction you get. When you move on to the financing guy the gloves will come off. Don't be bullied into signing up for the many overpriced and mostly useless insurance options and other add-ons. Be strong, soldier! The managers' calculator there may be broken or he may not know how to use it so go over the numbers with a fine-tooth comb to make sure you get what you were promised. Lastly, you will probably be bombarded with request after request for favourable reviews online at web sites like this (and on the customer survey Hyundai Canada sends out). Unfortunately these guys were the only dealership with the exact make, model and colour I wanted otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. Will I go back there to service my vehicle? Nah, life is too short. More
