Extremely friendly personnel in the Service Department and I had a great experience with Taki and all others along the way that had a part in the purchase of my new Caravan. I didn't even think I could do a trade in at this point, never mind get the heated seats and steering wheel I've been dreaming about. Thanks for running the numbers as many times as I asked, being flexible and staying late when that was the only time I could make it, and trying to get me the best deal possible.
